from the USA Today Standardized Testing Investigation Document Archive |http://bit.ly/eet9Rv

see pages 36 - 43 of the archive above for additional supporting documentationimage

"Based upon the evidence available at this time, my staff and concur with the charters conclusion that a violation of state law and/or regulations occurred (per California Education Code Section 60605[g] and Ca/ifomia Code of Regulations, Title 5 [5 Section 853). The California Department of Education (CDE) retains its authority pursuant to the 5 CCR, Section 1032(d) to re--examine its decision should the CDE become aware of new information that might have a bearing on this issue."                   (emphasis added)

per the LA Times: it was Crescendo founder/administrator  John Allen (who, per the above,  ‘patently and diligently resolved this difficult issue’ ) who allegedly ordered principals and teachers to break the seal on state standardized tests last spring and use actual test questions to prepare students, a violation of state law. | http://lat.ms/eINXD8
